For over 18 years, Emma been serving the pets and families of Australia. We love caring and connecting with animals and creating everlasting relationships. We provide care for your fur baby as if they were our own, and ensure the best communication between human and floof. Certified PTA trainer, member of the Fear Free Grooming Ethics Commitee and member of the Pet Professional Guild of Australia. Currently undertaking Australia's only Certificate IV in Animal Behaviour and Training and 10 years training expereince. Certified Fear Free Groomer with 18 years experience.

Put simply, force-free training is rewarding the behaviours you want rather than punishing the ones you do not want. It is encouraging the dog to get it right as opposed to punishing him every time he gets it wrong. This method of training is science based and backed by many years of success.

We have had many complicated canine friends, and Emma is super experienced in the animal industry and dealing with animals in stressful situations. She grew up working in rescue shelters, has had puppy farm mums as pets, has extensive expereince training deaf dogs, and has worked as a groomer, dog trainer, and vet nurse. We don't believe in dominating our furry friends, as it causes them to either shut down or become fearful (aggressive). Let us show you how effective our training methods are!
